Shin Dong-bin, Chairman of Lotte Group and Owner of the Lotte Giants, visited Sajik Stadium in Busan to support the 2030 Busan World Expo and the team.
Shin Dong-bin visited Sajik Stadium in Busan on Wednesday, where the Lotte Giants and Hanwha Eagles of the 2023 Shinhan Bank SOL KBO League will play the sixth game of the season.
Since the end of the 2022 season, Lotte has made a notable reinforcement with the support of its parent company. In a “first for the club,” Lotte signed “Glasses Ace” Park Se-woong to a five-year, $9 billion non-free agent contract, while in the free agent market, the team signed Yoo Kang-nam to a four-year, $8 billion contract, Noh Jin-hyuk to a four-year, $5 billion contract, and Han Hyun-hee to a 3+1 year, $4 billion contract.
The investment paid off with early season results.
